Bog Boy is the creation of Edinburgh-based guitarist and songwriter Ali Carson. Taking inspiration from 60s/70s psychedelia and folk, combined with a lifetime of adventures in the wild places of Scotland and beyond, the songs explore themes of self-discovery, disillusionment, and ultimately finding solace in nature. Now joined by Conal Mooney (guitar), Liam Clark (keys), Tom McKenzie (bass) and Robbie Iason (drums), this newly formed five-piece have come together to bring you a set of laid back (mostly), improv-infused blues rock. For fans of: Kurt Vile, The Velvet Underground, Bob Dylan.
